KOREA IS AWESOME!

although the weather was kinda too cold for me for the first couple of days, but after being geared up, all ready to rock the city. two days of 13 hours shopping straight was enough to kill my legs. love it though, clothes there are freak awesome, clothes in singapore are beyond hideous. and it felt damn good to meet my pretty handsome friend whom my mummy kinda went gaga over.

guess the best trip throughout was the 3 days at jeju island, especially love land. omigod so explicit i love it. and g-10 i bet you will love all the photos i took at love land! but you know i cannot afford to post it at facebook then kena report for abuse when its actually pure ART. but anyway since i love you so much, i would post some of it over there within these couple of days okay. all i'm asking is don't start fantasizing again babeh, love you.

then i realise my melbourne's life pretty boring.

but seriously i really enjoy walking around melbourne alone exploring antique but extremely magnificent buildings and gardens with my camera or just grab a book and coffee at a cafe rather than hanging out with my friends most of the time shopping around different malls. when the sun sets, i'd rather meet up with people whom i love and settle down for a nice dinner and coffee drinking session. either that or jay and i would end up holding each other's hands, sauntering along yarra river and might end up in restuarants or cafes we have never entered into before. he always mention that as an adventure. i'd choose that over clubbing the night away.

this time round when i'm back, we have decided to drive around the outskirts of melbourne and explore even more places.

its amazing what love can do to individuals. we throw ourselves in, get ourselves exposed to whatever is coming along. we love the other one like as if he/she is our everything. then we fall hard when things goes wrong. we get ourselves depressed; crying, drinking, hurting ourselves and whatsnot. then we get ourselves up, ready to embrace a whole new relationship, going through the whole cycle again. the whole cycle is like a timetable schedule, to me.

on another note, other than feeling the reluctance of having to leave him alone in melbourne, i am actually quite happy to go back home. excited to meet my friends and of course heading to the clubs with them! being sucha long time since i last drank and danced. can't wait to see my brother toooooooo and hang out with his clinque, they are sucha nice bunch of people :)

caught 2010 yesterday, its neither brilliant nor bad, i just thought that the story plot was kinda too long for my taste. anyway am heading out for christmas carol later!

although the spring cum summer sun in melbourne can be really scorching hot, but i'd rather choose the sun over the rain. it has been raining cats and dogs since yesterday night. the poor korean boy and i kept running for 10 minutes to reach my car. as nauseating as the rain could be when it drenched my clothings, i actually enjoyed it. holding hands, shouting to each other to jump over puddles of water and looking for pit stops to catch a breath :)

and did you guys heard about the death of the south korean model? i think this world is screwed, leaving so many people wanting to die. why can't things be much simpler?

i don't know if anyone has been following this particular australian news regarding dennis ferguson, a pedophile who served 14 years in jail in queensland after being convicted for abduction and sexually assualting 3 young kids.

anyway this guy got released after his full jail term and to some extent i feel pretty sad for him. whenever i read the news, often, i get to read articles of him getting ousted by communities because they think he's a threat to the vulnerables. i mean okay i understand your worries but hey come on criminals can also turn over a new leaf alright. and you guys keep chasing him out of places where he's entitled to live in, isn't it kinda horrible? yea he did something pretty bad and there's a possibility of him commiting the same stupid darn mistake again. but at the very least, give him a chance to live again man. he's a human and he's kinda old already for goddamn sake. if you guys are gonna despise him whenever he goes, the court might as well give him a death sentence in the first place, but you know australia doesn't carry out capital punishment.

whatever it is, give him a chance. how will you feel if your family members get discriminated just cause they served a jail term before? i know he's a pedophile but thats not justifiable enough for you guys to segregate him from the communities, what about murderers? and now the media posted a photo of him on the papers and said that it's disgusting. the media is sick itself. anyway you can read the news here. i reckon the australian government should do more to help the ex convict.

life's pretty good so far. am hoping to move all my stuffs from the old house to the new house by this week and thereafter organise a house warming party if possible. had my car already! and its so bloody exciting to drive to ikea yesterday to get my furnitures. i have always wanted to go there with my boyfriend or husband!!! my direction expert was beside me all along while the direction idiot concentrated on driving, with both of us singing our lungs out to awesome songs played on the ipod :)

anyway the other day i was driving my sister to the shopping mall when she asked "could you believe you have a car under your own name?" then she started telling me about how great our family is and how awesome my daddy is. seriously, my dad is beyond awesome. when we called and said we found a new house, he was like okay and he gave us money. then when i rang him up and told him about the home-school distance and that having a car is way better than spending money on train rides, he was like okay and take care of yourself. i mean come on, my dad didn't even reject us at all when we told him what we wanted. to think when i was young i wished i was born in another family, thats sucha terrible thinking.

now i just wanna stick with them forever and ever and ever. my greatest wish is that my dad will never ever turn old from now onwards so that my kids are able to spend so much time with their grandpa and discover how loving, kind and gentle their grandpa is :)

although disagreements and arguments are inevitable, i just wanna say that i'm so lucky to be in this family and i have the most awesome family ever.

finally, the one week break is here! i seriously need this break after that awful load of assignments.

latest updates. i'm gonna move out of my current apartment and move into this gorgeous townhouse residing in the suburb! you know i'd always choose the nice peaceful suburb over the city even if it takes me almost an hour to the city by tram. anyway back to the new house, pretty cool, two storeys, both my sister and i have our personal bathrooms in our bedrooms! though it isn't that near to school anymore, but daddy promised to get me a car hopefully before the break's over. awesome. am driving quite often these two days, trying to brave myself for the almost always hazardous melbourne road. seriously i love driving.
next update, i'm currently seeing this korean guy for almost 6 months. he has got one of the nicest voice, and he dances hip hop pretty well. so you know when i get bored, i'd ask him to entertain me. he's a pretty awesome guy i reckon.

anyhow i can't wait for the electricity and other miscellaneous stuffs to start working then i can finally move into my room decorated with audrey hepburn posters, pink bedsheets, red roses, flower stickers, mesh curtains around the bed and whatsnot. so excited!!!

seriously i don't know whether to rejoice or sulk after i saw my exam timetable. last semester, i took almost a month to complete all 4 papers. this time round, i get to complete everything in 1 week. 1 week!? kinda too cramped for me, seriously. on top of that, almost 3/4 of the units i'm taking are memory-based units, poor brain gotta go for a real workout during october and november. hopefully, everything goes smoothly. anyway these three weeks are complete torture, assignment after assignment. speaking of assignment, i have a 3000 word essay due next monday, sigh make me feel like crying.

less than a month ago, we decided to go on a no plan date. and guess what, it is by far the most awesome one i ever had!

started the day with a pretty nice brunch at this gorgeous cafe before we started walking aimlessly around and we landed at the most amazing park i have ever encountered until now. you know melbourne's weather abit crazy and i pretty much hate it alot. but i learn to start loving it on that day, sadly my hatred towards it came back. okay that aside, the park's huge and i didn't know there would be so many things popping up one after another. the 250 years old house and fairies tree etc. like seriously, too many things to see. anyway saw that calamari entree above, omigod its so good i felt like as if i'm having orgasm while savouring it.

I have an upcoming presentation on thursday which focuses mainly on singapore's economic freedom. And of course, i have to force myself to surf the internet for information regarding singapore.

Guess what, there's quite a number of no.1 position that singapore has attained. First in cost competitiveness, first in ease of doing business index, first in the most desired airport tourists wanna sleep in and so on so forth. so proud of ya singapore, i mean you have no idea how i feel when sometimes the lecturers conduct their lectures with slides that show those achievements that you have attained.

done with exams last wednesday, happy bird over here!!!

melbourne's weather not in a very good mood lately, has been raining every now and then, i miss the sun, badly. apart from the bad weather and occasional crying from me ( cause i seriously miss my family, ashley and friends too much), my life's been pretty good so far i guess. anyway i decided to abandon accounting and i think i have found the right major to go in tandem with my economics. and that is why i'm a lil excited for the new semester to start soon haha.

i love visiting religion-related places and buildings.

this morning i made my way to the catholic church, which is by the way undoubtedly gorgeous and serene. i attended sunday mass, looking at people around me singing to the songs printed on the sheet. somehow it soothed me seeing people looking right at the cross, as if they were reflecting on what they did for the past whole week. i closed my eyes, thought about my family especially my dad before tears started to well up in my eyes.

i made my way there this morning because it finally dawned on me that that is one of the few places i can seek and enjoy solitude. moreover, its one of the best places for me to clear my messed up behaviour and thoughts.

one good thing about coming here is that we finally realised how much we loved one another. all three of us agreed on that. my bro said its a good thing both my sis and i are over here, cause in the past we seriously take our relationship for granted. this statement very well gave me a slap on my face. as much as i wanna grow up quickly, get married with my lover and have wonderful kids, another part of me loathe the idea of seeing the three of us getting married. that means we can't live together and play like how we used to anymore, saddens me to think of that.

the three of us were msning yesterday night. hell hilarious until the point i was laughing before my annoying emotional genes decided to take control and i started crying alone in my room hahaha. anyway the one big news is that, my parents saw my bro's girlfriend and they even had dinner together! this is a pretty big news to me, considering the fact that my parents are so conservative? lol. and my brother happily allowed his gf to stayover at our house, my poor parents were so worried something might happen and they only went to sleep after my lil bro promise he won't do anything stupid. oh shit, i can totally imagine the expressions on my parents' faces. hahaha. but one thing i'm totally happy about is that his gf adores my daddy. so proud of my dad. i guess everyone will love him, cause he's sucha awesome person. even if i'm not his daughter , i'd love him too. you know how heartwarming it is when your friends come up to you and tell you how freak awesome your pop is, the impact is so great on me it makes me wanna cry. this is one thing why i'd prefer to be with someone who has almost exactly the same character as my daddy. i know my boyfriend's gonna love my poppy pop too.

well apparently we didn't devote too much time into planning the trip, so instead we made our way down to st kilda for kite flying! easter sunday's weather is orgasmic! and the best thing is i get to fly a kite after 19+ years of my life (okay excluding the first time, also on st kilda beach but just that the weather on that typical day is too cold for me to enjoy flying)!

anyway its pretty awesome. the weather's good, awesome people around me, nice dads playing with their kids etc. seriously i have this thing for beaches, the feeling when your eyes witness sucha magnificent views of the sky cum sea, its so overwhelming and peaceful. but you know what, i'm still not ready to trade any beaches for my changi village. hahahahha. i miss running to cv then settle down with a plate of nasi lemak and a cup of sugarcane juice with lemon. sigh i miss singapore.

okay na-me, i tio-ed the kimchi virus too. hahaha. anyway remember hor, 5 years down the road, beetle at kallang. this time round i allow you to make me cry, for joy. love you babeh :)

these are pretty long overdue photos and i have so many more to go. miss all my awesome friends you know.

school's been pretty alright. first and second weeks were pretty hectic, i reckon it would always be like that when a new semester starts. when you thought you kinda manage everything that suits your tempo, thing starts pouring in and it just gets from bad to worse at the end of the semester. not that i'm complaining but sometimes i need to breathe and do other things than schoolwork.
4 days per week for school, i have my own concerns. 4 days perfect, i get to hibernate for two days before i get myself motivated and continue the existing workload. i have a long weekend this time round. i started running again, note that i only ran twice when i was back in singapore for 3 months plus. i just abhor running for that period of time and i decided to concentrate on swimming and cycling which was btw awesome, i get to spend more time with my family :) i went running around my neighbourhood the other day when it was say 25 degrees, no words can describe the excruciating pain i experienced. i bet its the cold air; my teeth, ears and back of my head felt like someone was stabbing it. i decided to stick to the gym.

okay, i have to try to do some work before i head to school for my 2 hours lecture. and jane you better come over during the winter break. i miss my family. enjoy the song, i thought its pretty lovely.

a little update over here.

back in melbourne.
the first 2 days after i touched down, the weather has been great; warm and sunny. now it sucks ass.
vomited 6 times during the wee hours of tuesday morning.
school has been pretty alright. skipped school twice, i was too sick.
met up with debsimsmallwoman. she just proved to be stronger than me. i have no idea her endurance level for cold weather is so good.
still very homesick. miss singapore, family, friends and food alot.
got my license before i came back. drove a car here and really abhor the roads.
virgin clubbing experience here, which was btw pretty awesome.

seriously, i don't like australia.

btw, ash and i are having a long break from this relationship. ldr proved to be too hard for both of us on our first attempt. too much crying from me and thus too much worrying from him. this is like one of the hardest and saddest decisions i have to make till now. i love him alot still. we promised we'll give us another go if we happen to be single when i complete my degree and we'll start a family together when the right time comes along. if you guys care for me, just continue to give us your blessings. with so much blessings, we'll eventually marry each other and be one great happy couple blessed with awesome gorgeous babies :) i love you baby and i'm gonna miss you and every little single things you've done for me and for us.

although we kicked off the eve of valentine's day with a bad start but we ended it pretty awesome i reckon.

we spent the night in a really awesome place, accompanied with a bottle of wine, chocolates, soccer channels for ashley, ashley for me, and of course lots of love :D we caught slumdog millionaire which was btw damn freaking good, i would say its on par with pursuit of happiness. now i understand why slumdog got itself so many grammy nominees, its absolutely brillant!

gosh it breaks my heart to see federer tearing over national tv. sigh, deep down my heart i sincerely hope he could clinch championship during aussie open. nadal is handsome but federer is awesome. you guys should totally see how the crowd who gathered at federation square for the olympics opening 2008 reacted when they saw federer carrying the switzerland flag. the reaction is enough to justify how big an impact federer has on most of us, especially people who are pretty supportive of this sport. even if you're world number 2 right now, you'd still always be world number 1 in my heart roger federer. and the fact i like hairy guys, you have no idea how much i adore you!

yesterday was hilarious.

its either my instructor is too young or too shy, so i have to strike the conversations to warm him up. ultimately, i achieved my goal and both of us laughed so loudly when we saw this scantily-clad girl with another instructor. i enjoy my lessons when the instructors are nice, till now i only met one who was so strict he made me so nervous. the best one was this 66 year old instructor, i couldn't help but make him laugh and sang some old cheena songs for him.

the week after i came back, i met up with my council favourites :) chilling out at blue jazz, enjoying the dinner and of course updating each other with the latest NEWS! hahaha that happens to be the highlight of that evening. i really miss them so much and it feels so good to see them again. ahhhhh it would be better if soh my cutest councillor, debsimsmallwoman and rhyssiepoo are present. and thus i demand another meetup when the first two are back from aus and the third one is done with her exams! i miss you threeeeee.

while i was on my way to meet ashley baby, i finally realised that we spent our 6 months at sentosa previously too. but hey this time it wasn't planned, i mean it was pretty coincidental alright haha. but of course, this time we spent it at sucha nice place i hope the day could go on forever and ever. lazing around the room in the day, waiting for nightfall before we made our way out in seek of a nice place for dinner, holding each other's hands, relaxing by the jacuzzi and singing aloud always be my baby to determine who has a nicer voice, blasting my ipod via the speakers, lying side by side at the balcony and so on so forth. seriously, i couldn't ask for more. maybe maybe i could ask him to pay more attention on me than the stupid man u game hahaha. but apparently, i still love him no matter what. i'm just glad we had a good talk, updating each other about whats going on inside out. but i'm not thrilled to know about his upcoming ns stuffs, it just means that ns is gonna pretty much take him away from me :(

the exams are over, finally!

you know when you're in the exam hall doing one of your favourite subjects, it doesn't feel like an exam. it feels like as though you're there doing it like how you always do it during school hours. anyway the exams were pretty awesome, nothing much to complain about. pretty fascinating to see people leaving half an hour after the commencement of a 3 hours paper. lol.

i get to see my baby soon! i miss him so much you know. its been nearly 4 months plus since i last saw him. i couldn't believe 4 months just pass by like this, as i grow up, time seems to pass by faster and faster. why? i don't get it either. anyway its pretty awesome to meet up with dom just now. nice thai food and laughing at stupid stuffs in coles, f language, its hilarious. and i felt a tinge of sadness when i saw his backview leaving for the bus-stop :'( i'll miss you dommy but you're gonna be back in approximately 2 weeks plus time! i can't wait to go over to your hse for bbq, flirt with feeby and all. i just thank god that my sis and jane got to know each other and eventually i get to know the whole wonderful lee family :)

omg i must blog about this! 3 mins after i finished my war eye knee post, the fire alarm rang and the whole building evacuated. i caught a glimpse of the fire in the indian restuarant located right at the front of the apartment. at first i was pretty skeptical about the alarm until this guy staying right across me ran out and ran back and said FIRE! so we ran out lor, braving the cold and i was shivering like a mad fucker at first. thank god the fire station is only 100m away. and the shivering was all worth it when i saw men in uniforms, woohoo! but it was pretty sad when i saw the owners running towards the restuarant and hugging each other. sigh.

for that moment in time, i wish ashley was beside me holding my hands.

now the firemen are clearing up the mess and sucking the water from the carpet. so noisy how to sleep? maybe should head out and MINGLE with the firemen, just kidding la, why so serious?

i'm left with two more exams! but it seems like all of them are over, i'm currently in a hibernating mode. anyway the racecourse is awesome, totally magnificent. its good that both my previous two papers were sat with my back facing the race field else i'm pretty sure i'd get distracted easily. you know what're the coolest things you get to enjoy when you're a monash student taking your exams? the invigilators will serve you water when you're thirsty, monash will send people to distribute energy drinks before the exams and lastly the invigilators will escort you to the toilet and back to your seat. how awesome is that you tell me, freak awesome! one more thing, the master/tutors building is freak gorgeous, the whole building is made out of glass wheeeeee. hahaha okay i just wanna covey how wonderful my school is and how much i love my uni compared to bgss and of course tpjc no doubt. at the very least, i'm proud to say i'm from monash but when it comes to the others, i'd prefer to keep my mouth shut.

after much talk and no action, i finally _____________ today! i was quite skeptical about people mentioning that its painless, true enough they lied hahahha. but anyway i thought i pretty much enjoyed the pain, i don't mind doing it over and over again. die maybe this indirectly implies that i'd enjoy bdsm.

i love melbourne now cause yesterday was 30 degrees and today is 31! when the sky turns dark, its a nice warm windy weather. woohoo! but i've no idea why i still on my heater 24/7, its exceptionally cold in my apartment, weirdddddddd. miss singapore badly though. one more thing, whats the hype about high school musical? you guys are crazyyyyyyy.
